While online you need to go to the Redeem Codes tab from the shopping cart menu. Then you can click the option to enter via QR Code Reader. You then scan the QR code, and it will give you your items.

Do you know if you will get a rare code or not?

For codes obtained from Booster packs, the design on the back of the card will provide clues on if the guaranteed rare card is a Regular Rare, Holofoil Rare, Ultra Rare or Secret rare. Regular Rare will have a dark green background on the reverse of the card. Secret Rare will have a silver and green background on the reverse of the card.
